We are using Crystal in an XML environment. In the design view plain text fields, all lineup and are set with guidelines to run across the page. However, when you run the report in the live environment the text stops an inch short of where it should and wraps to the next line early. I have extended the field past the design error and still, it starts wrapping an inch shy of where I need it to. Is there a format setting I am missing somewhere?

In other words, take a look at how wide your page margins are in Print Setup. You might want to make them narrower. Also, specific printers have a minimum page margin in which they will not print, regardless of what you have your margins set to.

The default printer for the 'live environment' is probably using a narrow effective (net of margins) page size.
