Error in Purchasing Spend Dashboard

Hi Experts,

When trying to run 'purchasing spend dashboard' app I get error 'It seems like your profile is not configured for this system', I have the Strategic Buyer role assigned to my user and the scope item 1JI - has been activated in the started system.

Could you please help ?

You can find similar behavior being addressed in one of our KBAs - 2879612 - Users are unable to access embedded SAP Analytics Cloud (eSAC) in various line of business applications such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2879612).

This should provide you with some aid on the preliminary steps you can check in your environment (IAS, S/4HANA Cloud) and if you still do not find a resolution after following the KBAs and linked ones, you can reach out to the SAP support on the components (MM-FIO-PUR-ANA - Fiori UI for Purchasing Analytics) or (BC-IAM-IDS -Identity Authentication Service)/ (BC-IAM-IPS - Identity Provisioning Service (IPS)).
