Production planning with 7 worlkdays but 5 workdays for plant

Dear experts,

I have a scenario where we have just on plant with a calendar with 5 workdays per week (and some public holidays).

This is OK so far for logistics and customer service.

Problem is that production (process orders) is working 7 days a week as it is too expensive to hut down production machines over the weekend.

We are not using capacities at all!

How can I set up my one plant or the process for production in that way that I can plan the production 365 days a year but do not change the plant setting with the calendar having a 5 workdays week?

Create a separate factory calender and assign the same in Work Center try it.
