How to Uninstall AS ABAP 752 SP04, developer edition from Oracle virtual Box.

Hi Experts,
I want to Uninstall AS ABAP 752 SP04, developer edition from my oracle virtual box . There was some steps mentioned in this blog

But it will be very helpful, like installation guide if there is any step by step guidance for Uninstall. I am not expert in linux system.
