1) Go into process purchase requisitioners

2) Use filters (filter used was 'today') to get down to fewer items
3) Click on the pen to edit source of supply
4) Apply new source of supply
The line item that was being edited disappears, if you press go again it re-appears
The status hasn't changed so why does the Preq disappear. The business users noticed this and were confused as to why it has disappeared.

Process Purchase Requisitions application is mainly for assigning source of supply and creating follow on documents for Purchase Requisition items. Hence, in this application we do not show Purchase Requisitions that are in release. Only the Purchase Requisitions that are Active or Release Completed(Approved) are listed.

While assigning a source of supply, the Purchase Requisition results into 'In Release'. In case of Automatic Approval the PR get released automatically in some time. In case of Formal Approval by an approver, the PR will remain in 'In Release' till the time approver acts on the work item.

It is the during the time when the PR is 'In Release', the PRs are no more appearing in the list. Once the PR is approved, it will start appearing again in the list.
