Hello everyone,
Our Business Objects Server is connected via SSO with two different BW systems. Some users are allowed to consum reports only from one of these two systems and other people can view data from both systems.
Now we would like to grant one user who has viewing permissions for both systems new development rights for SAP Lumira Designer. However, we have the requirement that the user should only be allowed to create applications only for one system.
Is it possible to make some restrictions that one OLAP connecton can only be used for consuming data and the other for viewing reports and creating applications?
Hi Matti,
afaik this cannot be done. Once a user has view access to the OLAP connection, there is no option to prohibit the use as datasource in Lumira.
Regards,
Harald
