Full text search in Solman, does it search also within document content?

We have Solman version 7.2 and TREX already installed and configured. The search functionality is not able to search and return results from document content, only from document name. Should Full Text search functionality be able to search document content also? I have reviewed related notes and documentation but have not managed to find answer for this.

Hello Tomi,

It should also search within document content. Please check if connector Solution Documentation: KW Info Object (SMUDKW_INFO_OBJECT) correctly configured, indexed and active, no pending or queued items are in place. You can refer to SAP Note 2608454 for issue handling.
