Can anyone advice, from which Database Table I could get 'Cost Center Group Text/Description'.

Go to SETHEADER and select rows with setclass = '0101' (cost center groups). For each row, get the text from SETHEADERT.

Cost Center Groups, not Cost Centers.

Well There are the cost center text tables

CSKT Cost Center Texts

CSKU Cost Element Texts

CSKV Resource texts

I always CSKT , field "KTEXT", as you already get answer above !!

it is CSKT for cost center and csku for cost elements.
