What is the difference between Additive and Exclusive Test Cases?
Once you create Processes in Solution Documentation this is one of the fields.
Additive is the default value. How this field will be used?
For your test cases to reflect in your test plan, it is important respective process & scenarios are not set to “Exclusive” but additive.
Thanks,
Aj

Hi Adi,
I believe it is used for test case selection when you generate or create a test plan in the project.
It is more in terms of design of your business process question because sometime you see customer have an Application component wise hierarchy as opposed to an end-to-end business process. In end to end you will need to re-use test case's which makes it more flexible, so you need these kind of attributes to achieve the desire testing result for more complex scenarios.
Let me check with my experts on Monday, they are probably gone for the weekend now.
Best
Bob
