Actvating ODS

Hi Gang,

I have created an ODS Object and I am stuck on Activation process.When I click on create update rules for the Infocube and selecting my ODS, I get a warning that "Key Figures Were set to no update".

The only option I have is to continue. However when I do so and try to activae the ODS, it is never activated and appears grayed out. Please help.

Hi ,

Key Figures Were set to no update means no data would get added to your ODS .

1.Ignore this message "Key Figures was set to 'no update'" .

2.Come in gray screen , click cross (Ty.) Which is followed by key figure .

3.select update type as "Addition" , if u want to write routine, formula,u can write here ow select Source Key Fig.

4. SAve & actvate .

Could u please expalin what is the error log that u r getting.just double click on the bottom.

Let me know what is the messages that pops up.

Do you get an error msg?

at the bottom left which u can dbl click for detaails?
