I have seen many posts related to this issue but haven't found any resolution posted. I have connected Intercom with SAP CAI as a fallback channel as per the steps mentioned in SAP CAI's fallback channel configuration.
Test was also successful for Intercom webhook but I cannot see any messages in Intercom inbox. I am using a FAQ chatbot & testing it through the SAP CAI Chat Preview dialog.
In case of any resolution steps, kindly help.
