Hi experts,
We have facing an issue with tickets restrictions and querries,
In our case sales unit members are able to created tickets, but those members are not involved on the process,
And we want that the Manager can visualise tickets created by his team (the manger also is attached to a sales unit and not a service one)
In the restriction we can only find service units,
We couldn't figure out how can we solve that issue,
Any recommndation please ?

I would set up a report or dashboard with multiple report views on tickets, that include all relevant tickets for the manager to monitor, despite the creation by team member or a non-team member.
You could define also a kanban for your report on the homepage of the manager.
