Can i create an email campaign with an AB test, where i am testing two different Loyalty actions?

Hello Emarsys Loyalty Experts,

I am trying to create an AB test for the same email, however, I want compare the effectiveness of 2 different Loyalty actions. Let's say different rewards or reward for the first purchase or only the second purchase:

Unfortunately as of now, this is not possible.

If you add two different loyalty action tokens into one email, even though you use Block targeting, the user who gets the email will be connected to both actions, which will cause an internal conflict in the loyalty engine.

For AB testing of loyalty actions, you would need to create two different email campaigns, and using in each campaign a separate loyalty action.
