Hi Experts,
I would like to know if it is possible to carry out a massive Purchase Order activation from the work order reports, either after the activation of a BF or change in any of the enhancement point.
Currently, my client performs this manually, ie, they enter to each work order and press the "Activation Purchase Requisition/Reservation" button to create automatically the Purchase Requisition without the need to release the Work Order. When they have several work orders, this task becomes quite tortuous to do, so I wish I could facilitate this task to them by some proposal using some standard SAP report (TCode IW37N maybe?).
Hi,
Go to,
spro>plant maintenance >maintenance and service processing >maintenance and service for order>function and setting for order types>Define change document, collective purchase requisition
Then select PR creation to 3 for desired order type. Hope this will help you.

I've had a quick look at the code and it doesn't look like there is a standard report to perform a mass activation (see include program LCOIHF6Z).

Thanks Muhammad and Peter!!! But we would like to be able to do it in a massive way through some standard report, that is, we need the system not to create the Purchase Requisition until it is necessary or the user decides, that is why we prefer to have this parameter configured with option 2 (create after release) instead of option 3 (create immediately). And when the user deems it necessary, run a report, select the work orders (with system status CRTD) and activate the creation of PRs for them (which makes it change to option 3).
Do you know if this is really possible by activating a BF or developing on the standard?
