Unable to connect sap hana neo with live SAC connection after upgrade

Issue is : I am not able to make live data connection(SAP cloud platform type) from SAP HANA Neo database to SAC . Seeing error

Then I changed the connection type to direct and was able to setup connection but always getting popup to enter connection credentials( My team mate cannot access the dashboard)

need to fix this , dashboard is in business tenant and user already in SAC system should see the dashboard without entering credentials :

Hello shiwani829,

There is no provision of keystore function with SAC. You need SSO to be setup first to be able to seamlessly access data source (in this case HANA NEO tenant). This will be followed by changing connection auth in SAC to SSO (from User Name based setup)

Try to follow steps for SSO setup.

HANA on Cloud - Live Data Connection to SAPCP with SSO.

HANA DB on premise - Live Data Connection to SAP HANA Using a Direct Connection and SSO.

Do I need to have all user accsesing the SAC dashboard to be SAP HANA User in BTP as well ?

Yes you need to have users on HANA DB side for this to work.
Another option you can try is client certificate based authentication method. But then you need the infrastructure for

Kerberos ticket, client certificate. But again, user need to be present in source system.
