We are using SAP HANA Cloud from a trial account for SAP BTP. Until yesterday, we could connect to the database with the usual credentials. But yesterday an exception ocurred, and it asked us to change our password. We managed to change our password and it worked for an hour or so, and then it stopped working. Now, it doesn't recognize the credentials, not the old ones nor the new ones.
I think it may be related to the latest updates, since we didn't do anything different as usual. Anyone got the same issue? Any help would be appreciated.
