Which contract gets creatd when we do enrollment process in C4C ?

Can you please explain what is the difference between ISU contract and Sales contract in the process of enrollment

What is the difference Between external pricing from billing and pricing from ISU billing in enrollment process

Can you please help

1) SAP ISU Contract: Its created when a Business Partner /Customer is moved- in for acquiring services like Electricity or Gas to his home or Business..etc. Tcode EC50E.

SAP Sales Contract: Kind of agreements that display when sales materials or services are sold within a certain time period. Created using VA41. The contract contains basic quantity and price information, but no schedule of specific delivery dates or quantities.

2) ISU billing : Its a process where rate determination takes place based on customers rate category, region..type of services he opted for..etc Its internal to ISU. Can be triggered during enrollment or change of rate categ..etc

External pricing: Pricing is calculated in some external system with which SAP is interfacing with and that price is brought into SAP to evaluate a rate. Eg: TAXWARE can be an example of external system where tax is calculated for certain jurisdictions.
