Fiori app - Manage Supplier Line items - hang

Dear All,

Fiori app "Manage Supplier Line Items" hangs at the login screen, please see below:

Issue seem to be on ODATA service ZFAP_VENDOR_LINE_ITEMS_SRV. Error on ODATA service: "No existing service group found for service group identifier", even after deleting / re-creating / change of Processing Mode of this service:

System is on S/4HANA 2020 SP1. Please assist, I found no SAP notes for this version.

I found a SAP note that resolved the issue, although it was not for the same app. There was a dependent ODATA service (FARP_VALUE_HELPS_SRV) which had to be activated first. Issue now resolved.

Hi Willem,

Please check your app in /n/UI2/FLPCM_CUST (Content Manager), sometime we have dependencies which are inactive.

Select your app and hit check & show services, make sure all the services are active.

I've checked the app in the Content Manager, all the services for it are active.

FAP_VENDOR_LINE_ITEMS_SRV /SAP/ 1 @08\QService is active@ ==> problematic one
