answer in the approval decision report is grayed out in sap b1

Hello,

I have a client that the answer column is grayed out in the approval decison report in sap b1. How can we enable it so they can be using it.

Please read Online help file for Approval Decision Report. It specifically states:

Answer
Status of the approval request:
Pending – The document is still awaiting approval.
Approved – The document has been approved.
Not Approved – The document has been rejected.


Note
If you have been defined as an authorizer and the approval process has not yet ended, 
this field is enabled and you can make your decision here directly.
