unable to import certificate in NWA key store - no certificate found

while trying to import the certificate and private key under key store its giving error hat 'no certificate found'. attached error screen FYR.

Dear Siva,

I am not sure about your current component info, however, the experienced error is occuring quite often lately. It is the complete file upload functionality that you will experience problems with. It can be a certificate, PKCS12 keypair, license, DataSource configuration file etc.

Please apply the latest patch of AJAX-RUNTIME component in order to solve the problem.
