Sybase ODBC Driver for Windows Server 2019 and SQL Server 2016

We are in the process of migrating to Azure and I am looking for a Sybase ODBC driver that can be installed on Windows Server 2019. The current one I have is version 12.5.1 but it cannot be installed on Windows Server 2019, looks to be too old. Hoping you can point me in the right direction.

There are many database that were "Sybase". SQL Anywhere did not have a version 12.5.1. Do you mean Adaptive Server Enterprise? If so, you need to obtain the "SDK for SAP ASE" which can be obtained on the SAP Software Downloads.
