Is it possible to close the app completely via an action/ rule?

There is no specific action for this in MDK. From what I can tell iOS does not provide a way to do this. Android may have some options but it seems like the general consensus is that users will either switch to another app or swipe closed an app to exit if really desired.

Our MDM give not permission to close App's via OS but sometime is restart necessary.

ok, will will find other solution.
