STMS Transport Route Date Query

I could see that there is a date mentioned at the top right corner of STMS transport route screen on the graphical editor. Can someone help me understand the relevance of that date. Reference screenshot attached.

In this screenshot, I could see the date 21.03.2021 but I am not sure what does this date denote.

Hi Deepanshi,
The date at the right side corner is the date of the last change in the routes.

Perform a change, then distribute the changes to affected systems: the date will change to the current one.
