Hi Charan,

Object id like material ID may be different in MDG and ERP system.

Key mapping- Key ID's are different between MDG and ERP systems.

In this case you need to maintain key Mapping. This will tell MDG that keys are different between two systems so MDG send data to ERP system and ERP system will create a master record with key based on its number range and send IDOC data back to MDG. This will update MDG key mapping table in MDG. Next time when you change that particular master data in MDG, IDOC will be triggered and key of the target system will be identified and updated in the IDOC by reading MDG key mapping table.

No key mapping- Keys are identical to both MDG and ERP systems. You are using same key number range in both MDG and ERP so material id will be created in ERP system as in what is coming from MDG.

ERP system will not trigger ALEAUD to MDG.

Best regards

Sam
