unfortunately, there is no SSCUI available to change or enhance the cancellation reasons for Service Contract Items.

I guess that you're asking for "Settings for Rejection Reasons". Configure your solution > Service > General Settings.
Each service document has assigned a Rejection Profile with the corresponding Rejection Reasons.

thank you for your reply. It is not rejection reasons I'm looking for, nowhere in the reject profile can I find the values that come pre-delivered by SAP.
I'm looking for where I can change the pre-delivered cancellation reasons (Price Increase, Product Change, Quality of Service, etc..)
