Dear,

I'am Adding Business Partner using DI SERVER, getting error "Critical Cache Refresh Failure", I have checked SQL server for check database is running or not ,but error remains same.

I have the same issue. My solution is to periodically restart the DI Server and World Wide Web Publishing. In that order. There must be a better way.
