SAP RPA : Scenario 'workflowName' could not be started

Hi!

I am trying out SAP RPA 2.0 trial version.

I have followed these two guides to setup my account.

https://blogs.sap.com/2021/03/22/sap-intelligent-rpa-2.0-onboarding-sap-business-technology-platform...

https://help.sap.com/viewer/6b9c8e86a0be43539b670de962834562/Cloud/en-US/b7cbc1d6a6e34db18de8ac89542...

I have created a simple workflow which just launches an application. When I start the Desktop Debugger, correctly recognizes my application. But when i click on the Desktop Agent symbol in the lower right corner and press Test 'workflowname', I get the following messages in the debugger:

GLOBAL.SYSTRAY1:newWorkflow

Scenario 'newWorkflow' could not be started

I have already made sure that I have setup the tenant correctly and my agent is visible in the monitoring section of the factory.

Does anyone know how to solve this or what I am possibly doing wrong?

Thanks,

Rishabh

[Edit]: I have already followed answers provided in there two questions but no luck 😞
