Payment Terms not to Change in Sales Order

In SAP B1 Sales order menu, we have payment terms option, how to diables that option for particular user.

Please create a transaction notification to block the sales order when the default payment term was changed

Or as a workaround create approval when the default payment term was change.

For transaction notification there are many examples in the forum, do some search to familiarise them.
