Issue with infotype 207 screen - Insufficient information for BSI Tax Locator

Hello All,

Am getting a weird pop-up message while trying to create infotype 207. The message reads:

"Message 4: Insufficient information for BSI Tax Locator: Address Data"

In one of the posts - i had read that i should be maintaining the state in table "T5USL", which I did so yet am receiving the same pop-up.

Am not sure why am receiving this and request you to help me get through this.
