How to pass Period Time Parameter in Odata URL

I am testing a API from SAP API business Hub .

The API is the link given below .

SAP API Business Hub

There is the option of testing with a demo sandbox system .

I added a filter option .

https://sandbox.api.sap.com/s4hanacloud/sap/opu/odata/sap/API_BILLING_DOCUMENT_SRV/A_BillingDocument... 

But I always get this error .But filters on other properties work fine
