Variable currency default value in selection screen v population

Hi all,

till now, all our queries selection screens have Euro as currency default value. As others countries are joining us with different currencies, we would like to have a variable currency default value depending of a population (role ? user group ?...).

Could you tell me the main lines of the best way to do that ?

Hi Raphaël, welcome to SDN!

I think you could make this.

You shold create a Currency conversion type using trn RRC1 and then create a variable in bex, that variable could be user entry and then the user when executes the query choose the currency he wants, or I think that it could be a costumer exit and then you should have a table where you have user-currency and get the currency programming the exit.

I will try the customer-exit solution using user groups for currency/user assigment.
