​Merging personnel numbers into one

Hi,

For some employees in company there is more than one Personel NO related to them.

Is it possible to merge two or three Personel NOs into new one, in the way that in standard HR reports, SAP will count one instead two or three persons?

Any help is appreciated and many thanks in advance.
