Hi Gilorma,

I'd agree with Dirk to rather use a survey tool to create surveys in SAP Enable Now. For example Qualtrics, which works well with Web Assistant and you can also define sources, have different question types, and report on data on a very detailed level.

If your use case is to gather feedback, you can use the feedback function in the library. You can add an email address to which the feedback is sent or put a 3rd party survey tool link. The setting to activate this is in Tools > Settings > Playback Settings > library > Feedback:

To define the email address for feedback, go to the Manager. Then Administration > Server Settings > Email address for learner feedback. You can also define the language of the feedback email.

There is also a report in Manager to show the learner feedback (if you don't use external feedback). It's in Reports > Learner Feedbacks Report.

Hope this helps, please mark the question as answered if it did.

Take care,

Kristina

I'm not aware of a way to do that because it requires the responses to be kept, and I don't think SAP Enable Now can do that. I did think that you could maybe use a Quiz, and not show any feedback or the results at the end (because then you don't need to worry about correct or incorrect 'answers'), but even then I don't think the individual answers are retained - I think all that gets passed back to Manager is a pass/fail. (I could be wrong, and someone else may have found a way...).

What's your use case? If you just want a survey then SurveyMonkey is probably a reasonable option. I haven't tried it, but I'm thinking that if you have the URL to the survey you could insert an HTML Document control onto a Book Page, and set the source to be Free and enter the URL, and that should play it within the Book Page. Users could complete it without 'leaving' SAP Enable Now. Your responses would be in SurveyMonkey and not in SEN, but depending on what you want to do with them, that may be OK.

Thanks for the response. Our business leads are looking to build a survey to get feedback on multiple items such as training, communications, overall experience, etc. Your response confirmed what i thought to be true in Enable Now. But it is too bad there wasn't a feature built to create a survey on book pages and gather the data in Manager with some reporting. How cool would that be!
