Error in Webservice call from C4C to ERP via CPI

Hi All,

We have custom object that passes tax related information to ERP. recently its stopped working with below error in TEST tenant. Strangely we don't see anything in CPI, not even a count on message monitoring.

SOAP:1.048 SRT: HTTP error: ("HTTP Code 200: - Details see in error log of transaction SRTUTIL")

adding to that, in DEV system we are getting different error as below

SOAP:1.031 SRT: Empty SOAP Message received

Please give any hint to fix this.
