How to block Inspection lot creation for production order?

Hello experts,

I use S/4 HANA 2020 and embedded EWM. When I use goods receipt from production order I don't want any inspection lot creation. Is that possible?

I tried to block movement type 531 in transaction code OMJJ, but it did not work.

1. Could you Please check the Movement Type, for the Good Receipt from the Production Order.
In general, the movement Type for the Goods Receipt from the Production Order is 101.

2. During the Goods Receipt from the Production Order, if you don't want to active the Inspection lot to get created, you need to deactivate the Inspection Type : 04, in the Material Master >> Quality Management View.

2. I use inspection type 1704 assigned to 17 (external)

Hello

May I ask what was the purpose of blocking a movement type? If you would like to prevent inspection lot from creating, you should maintain appropiate setting in customizing. When "QM not active" field is checked, no inspection lots are created for stock postings. You can find it under IMG path QM -> Inspection lot creation -> Inspection for Goods Movements.

Or you can maintain Quality management view for a specific material in Material master.

If you deselect field "Active", inspection lot won't be created for this material.
