Hi experts.

We implemented S/4Hana 2020 Initial Shipment Stack with Fiori embbebed and everything seems to be working perfectly.

However during the tests the following issue was detected:

  • 1)The users go to the MIGO FIORI APP (Post Goods Movement)
    (img1.jpg)

  • 2)Within the application the users enters the corresponding data (The check is active next to the printer icon)
    (img2.jpg)

  • 3)The users click on Post and the displayed result was as follows
    (img3.jpg)

The material has been saved "A" but the pop-up window to print did not open

We checked from transaction SP02 and showed status: error

(img4.jpg)

The event log suggests check the KBA 2353453

(img5.jpg)

Our team checked the KBA and everything seems to be working fine

Additional we checked from the development tools in the browser and the following message was displayed:

"WebSocket connection error wss: // <host> <service > failed: Close received after close"

(img6.jpg)

If we refresh the app by pressing F5 or ctrl + F5 from the browser and execute steps 2 and 3 for second time, the pop-up window to print is showed and not show status error from transaction SP02

Note:Not only happens in this App, the issue is present in different apps

We believe that refresh the browser page to prevent the error is not the correct behaviour of this apps ,is there a way to solve it?

Dear Edgar,

Unfortunately, it seems to be taking longer than usual for your question to be answered. You might want to try an alternative route to speed things up.

Please check if a similar question has already been asked in the Community. We have found that sometimes questions that have been answered before are no longer receiving responses.

The easiest way to do this, is to visit the All Questions page and search for your specific topic.

You could also check the SAP Support Portal and search for SAP Notes, SAP Knowledge Base Articles and more.

Thanks,

Marvin

Hi Ryan ,

This issue was resolved by upgrading to SAP Kernel 781 and implementing the latest available patch of the SAPWEBGUI.SAR and dw_*.SAR files.

You can check the following KBAs:
