SAP IMPLEMENTATION FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRY

Hey,
I am an Indian and i would like to have Indian SAP Partner on board for getting me SAP license and implementation for my organisation situated in Africa since it is easier for me to explain Indian partner about my requirements in my own language. The taxation, currency, laws, etc are all different from India.

If i get it implemented from Indian SAP Partner will i get any trouble from SAP in future regarding support, customisations etc.??

The license must be from the local sap partner, your Indian partner may purchase get the license from the local partner. Unless your Indian partner is also registered in the local country as the reseller, they are allowed to order licenses from SAP directly.

The implementation can be done by anyone either individual or organization.
