Different pallet by customer/ same carton - Possible in the standard Package Builder?

Hi experts,

my customer is using the latest S/4 Hana TM embedded version and is making huge usage of the package builder. In the product-package assignment, there is an option to configure a package material by partner. But, on the material view, there is only an option to make one entry for a material and a carton. The customer has 3 levels and he wishes to use the same carton on the 2nd level. Only the pallet on the latest level shall be different for certain customers.

Is there a way to do this in standard SAP or do we have to use the enhancement. /SCMB/ES_PACKAGE_BUILDER: Method ADJUST_ITEMS_OUTPUT ?
