how I write code for this requirement.

Hi. This question is not really appropriate for this forum. This looks like some kind of homework problem. Please search on Google to find thousands if not millions of results for -

a) creating a custom ABAP report

b) use of selection screen

c) fetching data from a table/ view with selection criteria

d) display the data using an ALV capable FM or CLASS
