Incorrect IDOC generated for PORDCH

I am triggering an outbound IDOC of basic type FSHPORDCH03 to communicate PO changes.

Message type : PORDCH

Process Code : ME11

FM : IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDCHG

On execution it was found that the generated output was not of structure FSHPORDCH03 but ORDERS05.

Is the process code associated with the Message type different or am I using incorrect function module?

I have verified configurations and they look alright. Is there anything specific I should be looking at.
