Error trying to download Crystal Reports Free Trial

Hello,

I am trying to download a free trial of SAP Crystal Reports from this link. However, I am getting this error when I try to click "Try SAP Crystal Reports 2020". Here is the error I'm getting:

Please let me know if anyone knows how to solve this. I'm getting the error when logged into my SAP account so it might be because of that.
