Fetching data from multiple entities of SF and converting to CSV file

Hi Experts,

We have a business requirement where we need to fetch data from multiple entities of SuccessFactors like perperson, perpersonal,employ,perphone,pernationalid and need to map these data to a target structure and convert to csv format and sent to SFTP.I am able to fetch the data from all the entities by using five sf channels using request-reply.My problem is how to map these data to single target structure and how can I establish link between these entities.
