SAP Business One.exe..dmp

Hi to everybody.

We are facing several troubles with our SAP Business One Landscape.

Since last week started appearing in C:\users folders big log files called SAP Business One.exe.<number>.dmp. One of this file was with almost 2GB.

This behaviour is freezing our B1 because in a short time some kind of this logs are generating, so in C:\ there are no more space available, because we have a lot of users using B1 during the day.

Could you help us to identify why this kind of logs are generating and how can we disable it?

We saw that an antivirus agent was causing and generating this big file.

The *.dmp files are process memory dump which will be created after crashing problems on process manager (Usually). So I suggest you:

1. Check your hardware performance specially your server RAM.

2. Check the server OS for any virus or malware activity.
