Realignment does not work

I carry out realignment using "delete source" and it gets executed but nothing changes in planning book. When I check log, I see below, but I can note that there is no log showing deletion of source CVC too indicating that something went wrong. Tried in dialogue and b/g mode many times but it does not work at all. How can I check more or what could be possible reason?
