How can I change the PROVIDER API dynamically?

In SAP API PORTAL, when I am working with an API and I choose the corresponding API PROVIDER (TAB Target End Point) ... Is it possible to manage it dynamically ? In other words: put a generic one and when the transport is done, it automatically changes or points to a different environment (for example from DEV to QA).
