Hi Experts,
I have a table on a SAC planning model with (sales) values in 2 versions: "ForecastV1" and "ForecastV2".
How can I create a delta report that is sorted on the highest (difference) values?
where "Delta" = "ForecastV2" - "ForecastV1"
Because when using cross calculations in a table, it seems we cannot perform value sorting on a calculated (cross calculation) and we are forced to select a specific version.
example:
Hi jefb,
if you create 3 cross calculations
Build your table, but remove the version dimension (only possible because you have restricted cross calculations based on version). Select the data cell for the year and delta value you want to sort on, right click and choose Value Sort option.
You can see that it the sort dialog does not ask for version, but cross calculation instead.
Hope that helps.
