What type of Workflow are you using and why?

Hi friends,

This is just a sort of pulse check to see who is using what. Are you building and maintaining 'traditional' workflows, or have you made the leap into Flexible Workflow or how about CAP? No need to get into any thorny details... I'm just curious to see what is going on in the WWW (Wonderful World of Workflow).
