Errors or warnings while installing Cygwin

While I try to install Cygwin, I am getting the following message at various stages. Should I consider this or ignore this ?

I am not able to see the errors are having ?, have up uploaded a picture maybe ?, I don't see it.

Regarding cygwin notice that there is not need to install it, just unzip the file you have downloaded as the instructions in the email sent to you indicate:

... Unzip this into C:\ so that the Cygwin installation is in C:\cygwin.

Make sure C:\cygwin\bin is in the Windows %PATH%.

The download is quite large (~600MB), as it includes source code for legal reasons. After unzipping and installing, deleting the directory trees under c:\cygwin\http%3a%2f%2fmirror.csclub.uwaterloo.ca%2fcygwin%2f and C:\cygwin\usr\src will not affect operations of the migration tool.
