Mass Create / Mass Maintain ITSM requests

Greetings

I have a need to create ITSM Project Change Requests (PCR) in bulk/mass.

I am curious if there is any functionality that exists out of the box or if anyone has a program that could be added to our SolMan / Focus Build environment to support such activities.

Additionally, I am looking for tools that can also help make mass updates to the various types of ITSM tickets that my company leverages today. We are looking into ChaRM but at this time we are not there.
