License Determination Strategy

Hello GTS Expert,

Can you please let me know where I can see the change log of License determination Strategy so that it will help who has modified / Deleted the determination strategy ?

Second- Is there anyway to control by providing specific access to specific users through SAP role ?

Appreciate if you can confirm at the earliest.

Hi Ramesh,

The strategies are recorded in tables /SAPSLL/CDnn (where nn = 01 - 21), according to the keys that are configured.

If you search on the web for "recording table changes in SAP", you'll find instructions for enabling changes to be recorded. I'm not knowledgeable in that area, so can't advise directly.

Hello Ram,

Dave already provided you with the tables. It depends on the configuration which tables are used for each legal regulation. Also, change logs are already available from what I can see in table BALHDR.

Hi Ram,

There are separate Transaction codes (DISPLAY and MAINTAIN), so you should easily be able to assign them to relevant Roles.

It's a good question, but I can't see any standard transaction or report to show changes. At least some of the relevant Data Elements are flagged for Change Recording, so it should be possible to write such a report if necessary.
